Diana, my sister, suffered through a number of difficult and challenging illnesses and maladies through her lifetime...the one from birth was limited vision. But still she persevered acquiring the learning she needed to qualify for a full-time job with the State of California in Sacramento. She was so very happy in her work and excited to have become completely self-reliant...also having her own home and good friends. At our parents home for annual family holidays she was always so exuberant. Those of us still here miss her very much, but it is warm consolation knowing she is with our mother and her youngest sister Doreen and other extended family.
